Getting a graduate job with a non-governmental organisation (NGO) is not generally highly paid. Despite that, this sector is particularly hard to get into due to the increased number of graduates wishing to pursue this field in order to work with issues they are passionate about. Therefore, trying to obtain a graduate entry level position is often difficult. In order to stand out from the crowd, you will often require to volunteer and gain several years experience.
