Graduate Operations Assistant
Location
The
successful candidate will be office based, situated in Ellesmere Port,
Cheshire.
There may also be a requirement to occasionally spend some time at the offices and factory of our manufacturing partner, based in Cheltenham and Mitcheldean respectively. The role may also involve travel to current and prospective client locations across the whole of the UK with a member of the team.
Introduction
ModuleCo Healthcare Limited provide specialist
healthcare facilities to the NHS and private healthcare companies. These
buildings are bult using Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) in a
factory environment before being delivered to site. They are designed
and manufactured in-house by our manufacturing partner, before being
purchased by MCH as a high valuable asset, and supplied to our client
base via revenue (rental) based agreements.
Responsibilities
Note: Initial role will mainly cover maternity leave, with responsibility for managing planned and reactive maintenance of our modular healthcare assets, supporting the Maintenance Manager.
As a graduate operations assistant, you will report into the Operations
Manager and work alongside the Maintenance Manager and Technical Sales
Project Manager. Your initial main responsibilities will include:

Managing the planned and reactive maintenance of our modular
healthcare assets
• Liasing and scheduling sub-contractors
around our clients availability.
• Responsible for effective
and timely communication between our client and sub-contractors.
•
Responsible for ensuring the maintenance database is kept up to
date.
• You will be part of the health safety team and will be
responsible for ensuring policies are up to date and the company is
compliant.
Your ongoing responsibilities will include:
• Assisting
the sales team with enquiries and projects
• Assisting the
maintenance team with enquiries
• Assisting the Technical Sales
Project Manager
• Form part of the wider marketing team,
implementing the wider business marketing strategy.
• Overview
of accounts and invoicing.
• Gain an understanding of legal
documentation.
• Spending time at our manufacturing partners
factory site in Mitcheldean, to gain an understanding and insight into
the manufacturing process.
Skills and Experience
• Graduated with a minimum of an
upper second-class (2:1) undergraduate degree. Must be a business-based
degree
• Excellent standard of communication skills, both
verbally and written. Ability to communicate, accurately, and
convincingly at all levels both internally and with external clients.

Must be computer literate with a good level of experience using
Outlook, Teams, MS Word and Excel.
